At Starlet Pets, we care about your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our products are created and selected with love and care, and we aim to provide clear and fair policies for all customers.

📝 Personalised Reports (Digital Products)

Because our Astrology & Numerology Reports are made-to-order and personalised to your pet, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the report has been created and delivered.

If you believe there has been an error (e.g., incorrect details used), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your report, and we will work with you to correct it.

📦 Physical Products (Treats, Wellness & Remedies)

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on physical items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note:

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened treats, supplements, or remedies.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

🔄 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.
